Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Appointments changed 24 hours or more in advance may be changed without penalty.

Late cancellations

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are considered late cancellations. A $50 late cancellation fee will be charged. For services priced below $50, the fee will not exceed the scheduled service price.

Missed appointments and no-shows

A missed appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price or $75, whichever is less. The outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

Late arrivals

Arriving late may require the session to be shortened so the next client is not delayed, and the full appointment fee will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation when the session cannot reasonably be accommodated.

Membership appointments

Membership appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $35 late cancellation fee. The service may be rescheduled within the applicable membership period, subject to availability.

A membership no-show is subject to a $50 fee. The service may be rescheduled once within the applicable membership period after the fee is paid. After two no-shows within six months, the missed service will be forfeited in addition to the fee, and continued missed appointments may result in a review of scheduling privileges.

Emergencies and practitioner changes

Fees may be waived at Serene Nola’s discretion for illness, family emergency, severe weather, or another unavoidable circumstance. If Serene Nola must cancel or reschedule, you will not be charged and a reasonable effort will be made to offer an alternative time.

Agreement

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and missed appointment policy.
